These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Pretty Panes Window Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, requesting a quote, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Pretty Panes Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services. Service details, pricing, and scheduling will be agreed upon prior to service.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Customers agree to provide accurate information and access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Exterior services may be completed without the customer present.

  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in fees or rescheduling delays.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, and electronic payments.

  • Recurring service plans are billed automatically based on the agreed schedule.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Pretty Panes Window Cleaning, including:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service updates

  • Quotes and invoices

  • Promotional or follow-up messages

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure windows are accessible and free of obstructions

  • Notify us of any pre-existing damage

  • Secure pets prior to service

7. Satisfaction & Liability

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of service

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty windows, or structural issues

  • Some window conditions (hard water stains, seal failure, oxidation) may not be fully removable

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is requested

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of scheduling priority

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect customer data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
